The experienced Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service repair appointments with customers and selling additional products and services. The individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, while being professional and courteous. The Service Advisor will be measured against Ford Motor Company's customer satisfaction standards. Additionally, individual must meet dealership department goals.

Job responsibilities:

- Greet each customer coming into the service department

- Obtain customer and vehicle information

- Write repair orders

- Dispatch work to service technicians

- Notify customers on the status of repairs

- Notify customers if additional work needs to be performed

- Recommend required maintenance

- Handle customer opportunities

Qualifications:

- Previous automotive service advisor experience is required

- Proven sales experience

- Proven track record of being reliable and professional

- Strong customer service skills

- Strong communication skills
